General Delivery Conditions

Orders placed outside business hours or during UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery timelines are estimates, and while we strive for punctuality, time shall not be considered of the essence.

Our delivery partner will attempt to contact you up to 3 times to arrange a delivery slot.

If delivery fails after 3 attempts, your order may be cancelled and refunded.

Special Handling – Crated Items
Certain high-value or fragile items - such as framed memorabilia or bulky collectibles - may require custom crating to ensure safe transit. In such cases:

Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you'll receive a notification with your tracking number. You can monitor your delivery status via the courier’s website.
Changing Your Delivery Address or Date
To change your delivery date or address, please contact our Customer Support Team before dispatch. Changes cannot be made once an order is shipped. We are unable to deliver to addresses outside the original delivery country.
International Orders & Customs Duties
We proudly ship our products worldwide. International orders are dispatched via reputable courier partners to ensure secure and trackable delivery. Delivery times vary by destination and typically range from 5 to 10 working days. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
If you are placing an order for delivery outside the UAE, please note that your shipment may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other local fees depending on the destination country and the nature of the products ordered.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery. As customs policies and import regulations vary widely by country and are subject to change – The Bootroom Collection cannot estimate or control these additional costs, nor can we accept responsibility for them.
Important: Any customs charges, duties, or import taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. Failure to pay these charges may result in the order being returned or destroyed by local customs authorities.
