No. All grading decisions are made solely by PSA. The Bootroom Collection does not assess condition, estimate grades, or influence outcomes in any way.

No. Store teams are not permitted to comment on condition, value, or expected grade to ensure fairness and consistency for all customers.

  • Complete a digital Card Submission Form in-store 
  • Receive a printed receipt 
  • Leave your cards securely with the store team 

Cards must be: 

  • In a penny sleeve 
  • Inside a semi-rigid sleeve 

If cards are not prepared this way, store staff cannot accept or touch them. Sleeves can be purchased from store if you require. 

Yes. For security and transparency: 

  • Photos of the front and back of each card are taken at intake 
  • Images are securely stored and linked to your submission batch

Submissions are sent once a week. 

  • Cut-off: Thursday at store closing 
  • Dispatch: Weekly batch submission 

If a submission misses the cut-off, it rolls into the next batch. 

The Bootroom Collection manages tracking centrally and sends email updates once your batch is in progress.

No. To avoid confusion: 

  • All PSA updates are sent centrally by email 
  • Store teams do not provide grading or PSA status updates 

Turnaround times are estimates provided by PSA only and: 

  • Vary by service level 
  • Do not include shipping, customs, or admin time  

The Bootroom Collection cannot guarantee completion dates. 

Yes. Insurance is included up to a capped value depending on the PSA service level selected. 

If your card’s value exceeds the coverage: 

  • You may request additional insurance at extra cost 
  • The Bootroom Collection liability is limited to insured amounts 

PSA may apply additional charges. If this happens, you’ll be contacted before any extra fees are processed.

Yes. The Bootroom Collection may decline a submission if: 

  • Preparation requirements are not met 
  • Insurance risk is deemed unacceptable 

This is to protect both the customer and The Bootroom Collection. 

  • All graded cards are returned to The Bootroom Collection store you submitted to  
  • Collection only - no home delivery 
  • You must present valid ID and sign on collection 

No. Cards are released only to the original customer with a valid ID.

Delays can occur due to: 

  • PSA processing times 
  • Shipping or customs 

The Bootroom Collection is not liable for delays outside insured coverage. 

The Bootroom Collection liability is strictly limited to insured values under the chosen service level and courier insurance.
