Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for items that are faulty, damaged, or incorrect

Items must be returned in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with valid proof of purchase

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method

Cash payments made in-store will be refunded via bank transfer (within 5 working days)

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store
Exclusions

Trading cards are final sale and non-refundable, including individual cards, sealed packs, and boxes.

Due to their collectible and speculative nature, trading card purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact our team within 14 days.
Be sure to include your order number and a photo clearly showing the issue so we can assist you promptly.
