If you are not satisfied with an item, you have 30 days from purchase of your order to request a refund. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.
Refunds or exchanges can only be processed with a valid proof of purchase. Store credit is unavailable at this time.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

If you have received an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect then please contact us with your order number and/or sales ID, and attach a photo showing the issue, and we can then advise on how we can resolve this for you.
