Refunds or exchanges can only be processed with a valid proof of purchase. Please ensure all holograms stickers, tags, and certificates are supplied with the returned item.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used to purchase the item.
Sale items can be returned with an itemized proof of purchase, provided they are done so in a resalable condition.
